Mystro aka Mysdiggi, should have his own TV show. Or he should least be on stage doing a comedy sketch with Doc Brown!

This guy is too funny!

We caught up with Mystro outside of the Mau Mau bar, in West London’s Portobello road.

We tried to have somewhere nice and warm to conduct the interview, but they had a band doing a sound check, and it ended up being way too noisy to hear ourselves think, let alone hear Mystro talk, so it was off outside in the freezing rain.

Mystro – Who The Eff Is He ?

In case you don’t know who Mystro is (WTF and where-the-eff have you been hiding?), he’s been a staple diet of anyone that follows UK hip hop for the last 12 years. This guy has done it all.

Without giving the whole farm away, MysDiggi (or Mystro, or whatever you want to call him, just as long as you do), has worked with just about anyone who is anyone in the UK hip hop scene.

He has gigged all over the world, and is a native of Australia (as you will soon see).

He has opened up for a whole host of top UK and US hip hop artists and then some.

Not only that, but some of our old listeners might remember that there was even a stage when he hosted a show on Itch FM, as part of Kung-Fu’s radio show. Damn! Time flies.

Enough of my jibba-jabba-ring, just check out Mystro’s performance of “That Rush” and his interview with Itch FM’s top presenter Shante.

So What’s Mystro Got Going On Now?

Mystro has has a debut LP out now called “MYSTROGEN”. It was released in September, just gone.

This debut album has been the subject of anticipation for a long time, especially with Mystro previously only releasing EP’s, singles and featuring on other artists records. The hip hop fraternity was ripe for an album.

It’s here now and it features the vocal talents of Junior Reid and Lloyd Brown. Plus it has some of the UK’s top hip hop producers like Show N Prove, Firstman, Black Einstein and fLako producing the tracks.

Self described as being “…like oxygen, except you need it a whole lot more”, “MYSTROGEN“, is a must for UK hip hop lovers that want to hear a real lyricist at work.

You can buy the physical CD from Mystro’s website or you can get the digital version from iTunes.

That’s your lot for now..

However, feel free to watch this video on YouTube and don’t forget to give it the thumbs up, comment and share it.

‘Till then….
