The Legendary rapper Mikey D aka Mikey Destruction, formally of the L.A. Posse and Main Source will be releasing a brand new single with bonus track and album in 2013.
The single entitled Hip Hop Ain’t the Same along with bonus track Beastin!!! will drop 15th March 2013.
Shortly followed by the highly anticipated album drop Calm Before The Storm on 2nd April 2013.

Elements of Hip Hop – Super Group
For this project Mikey has teamed up with DJ Mercury, formally of Professor X of X Clan and Grand Wizard Rasheen, mentor of DJ Jazzy Jeff and DJ Cash Money, to form a super group called Elements of Hip Hop.
The movement, consisting of Mikey D, DJ Mercury and Grand Wizard Rasheen, was formed to bring a breath of fresh air to hip hop’s state of emergency.
This “clean up” crew consists of two vital elements of hip hop; the emcee and the DJ and each member is a master in their own respective crafts.
This is Definitely what hip hop is missing!!
