Despite being very much still a newcomer to the battle game, Rum Nitty is in prime position to make a name for himself.
Already an established artist, Nitty has been pushing his music for several years now, earning himself a dedicated following in the underground scene.
Having now made the transition into battling, the up and comer is still in the process of paying his dues in the scene, but is making noticeable waves while doing so.
With three battles already in the bag against 2 Staxx, The Real Ace Boogie, and now his first KOTD appearance versus Konshis Pilot, the battle world is slowly but surely learning that Rum Nitty is a problem.
Another up and comer grinding to get his name known, Konshis Pilot has been putting in work across the country to develop a buzz.
Coming out of Arizona, Konshis has been in the ring with the likes of KG The Poet, Sean Blak and Urban, and has impressed battle fans with his vicious, unerring flow and hard hitting material.
Working his way into the California scene, the neophyte battler secured a spot on the King of the Dot West Coast’s Alcatraz card to take on Rum Nitty.
What was promoted as one of the undercard battles turned out to be one of the most entertaining matches of the event, with both Rum Nitty and Konshis Pilot putting on classic performances.
