DJ Jazzy Jeff sits down for an interview with VLAD TV and explains what he’s currently doing with Red Bull and their Thre3Style Finals, where he judges new talent in the world of DJing.
Jazzy also talks about how being a DJ has come full circle, and shares his thoughts on the meaning of “sucker DJ.”
“I think the deejay has the complete spotlight now ’cause everybody in the world wants to be a deejay,” he says. “It’s the biggest thing in the world…You have deejays making an enormous amount of money now just because the music is so big and the deejay is so powerful. It’s kind of come full circle.”
