Mr American dream himself Jay-Z is busy working on the score to the upcoming film adaptation of F. Scott Fitzgerald’s ‘The Great Gatsby’.
The story takes place in 1922, during the Roaring Twenties, the post-World War I (WWI) prosperous time in the United States.
The film depicts the “ironic tale of life on Long Island at a time when gin was the national drink and sex the national obsession,”.
Directed by Baz Luhrmann and starring Leonardo DiCaprio and Carey Mulligan, the film is set for release in May.
