Why UK Rappers Suck?
I came across this blog thats’ titled “Why UK Rappers Suck On Stage”.
Now wait a minute before the daggers start to come out.
This is written by an guy that’s not originally from the UK, and has an objective opinion on the topic, so free of bias.
But to my own admission, I have heard the same rhetoric being aired around The City Of London.
Tom Clement states
“And so here’s my second new rule, and my point. UK rappers are not allowed to moan about not being recognised or given props by their US counterparts. Do you know why this happens? It’s because your live shows suck”.
Tom Clements also states
“And this is what is so infuriating about UK rappers. How much effort does it take to put a little professional spin on your show, really? A few hours of rehearsal? A coherent set-list? A DJ who knows what he or she is doing?”.
So lets put our intelligent hat on, does this geezer have a point or not?
He presents a few points, that UK Rappers don’t show no energy in their shows, they don’t rehearse, No set timings etc etc.
