Back in the day when bashment was called dancehall, no stop. It was called ragga… there was a super hyped up tune called “Under Me Sleng Teng” by Wayne Smith, that got everyone going craaazzzy!
Even now when I hear it, it hypnotically gets me to start nodding my head.
Basically, the song is about smoking weed and being under it.
Anyway, I just came across a [kind of] updated version by Birmingham mc living in east London by the name of RTKAL (Ar-te-kal).
He does it some serious justice, for real.
