Monie Love (UK’s very own) performs her immaculate verse off of De La Soul’s Native Tongues posse cut track “Buddy”.
This performace was for the Hip Hop Gods Tour in New York City last week.
Monie was one of the first British Hip Hop artist to gain a major label deal and be distributed worldwide.
As well as having a very good impact on the American audience, as Queen Latifah’s protege.
Through the 80s and 90s she was also a member of the legendary group Native Tongues.
