Banditsu The Miseducation Of Itsu (Album)

The UK rap scene has begun to truly evolve over the last year and things are set to get more exciting in the coming months. That being said, Banditsu is definitely a rapper to keep your eye on.

Hailing from the capital and weaving London’s distinct culture into his individual style of music, Banditsu has slowly been establishing himself as a talented and diverse artist through a number of live shows across the UK and Milan, as well as entering into MTV UK’s Brand New Unsigned for 2015 campaign and performing as part Converse’s recently launched CONS Project London, designed to inspire the next generation of creatives through music and art.

Banditsu’s new project, The Miseducaton of Itsu aims to take its listeners on a journey, detailing the highs and lows of growing up as part of the stigmatised British urban youth of today, while also taking inspiration from Lauryn Hill’s iconic debut album.

Banditsu has spent over two years carefully crafting a tracklist that stimulates and educates his listeners, introducing them to his unique sound and alternative wordplay.

Featuring fellow breakout stars from the UK rap scene, Thai Matic and Shadez The Misfit, as well as the popular London-born spoken word artist, Suli Beaks, The Miseducation of Itsu is a real representation of rising British talent and is an impressive sign of things to come from Banditsu.
