The New York version of Time Out, has named Jay-Z as the greatest New York City hip hop artist. Notorious B.I.G came in second, in their “50 Greatest NYC Hip Hop Artists” list.
Some Biggie fans might not agree with this, but you have to admit, Jay-Z has stayed consistant and relevent over the past god know how many years, with his colaborations and cross genre mixing.
Me thinks he just might be intitled to the…er, title.
